Formerly known as Soupasteak, Pern’s Mediterranean Restaurant has recently opened. It’s moved up-market from the previous incarnation and now is a great Bistro type place. Not specifically gay, it’s frequented by many of the crowd.
The combination of Pern’s Mediterranean Restaurant and Wine bar in the same location brings the benefit of a cocktail bar for that pre-dinner aperitif, an excellent choice of wines as well as after dinner liqueurs. Run by Pong and Brian, it’s worth visiting.
